Description

RFID-801C All-in-One Machine for Card Encoding, Printing, AI Inspection, Rejection, Counting & Stacking,hailed as “the easy-to-operate expert in high-speed RFID card printing”, this integrated device offers multi-functional performance in one compact unit.

It flexibly adapts to labels of various sizes and can print on different tag materials, including various tag papers and surfaces like PE, PET, HDPE, and PVC. Equipped with the self-developed PL-800 software, it supports variable high-speed printing of various documents such as text, numbers, bar-codes, QR codes, and patterns, achieving a maximum speed of 90 meters per minute at 600 DPI.

The AI inspection function automatically rejects defective products and supplements the quantity, while also enabling automatic batch label printing to meet the demand of multiple styles with small quantities. Production data can be connected to the customer’s MES system, and CSV records are generated automatically, realizing automatic, efficient, and intelligent tag production.

Description: 

RFID-608C, the “All-Round Web-Fed Pro” for RFID Encoding & Printing, Lauded as the “all-round web-fed pro” in RFID encoding and printing, this integrated machine combines RFID encoding, UV printing, and inspection functions in one unit. It enables simultaneous defective product marking and automatic quantity replenishment, boasting a production speed of up to 30 pieces per second. Compatible materials include paper, plastic, and PVC/PP/PE films.

Equipped with the self-developed PL-800 software, it supports variable high-speed printing of text, numbers, bar-codes, QR codes, patterns, and other document types. Custom development of special code systems is also available. The machine’s main drive and tension system are controlled by 3 servo motors, ensuring stable force control. It achieves automatic forward and reverse alignment during startup, with an optional edge correction system. This device delivers a high-speed, stable, and intelligent solution tailored to the production needs of multiple styles with small quantities.

Description: 

The RFID-610 is a “versatile all-rounder for intelligent roll label production”, integrating high-speed encoding, color digital printing, AI quality inspection, and defective product identification in one system.

Capable of handling labels as narrow as 10mm and printing on various material surfaces, it supports automatic forward/reverse positioning and is ideal for high-mix, low-volume production requirements. Equipped with a high-precision tension and positioning system, it ensures accurate color register printing.

Its high-speed color management system enables high-speed RIP processing at a speed of up to 20 sheets per second, realizing real-time and rapid printing. The device is preloaded with Link-Point PL-800 software, which supports integration with enterprise MES systems and allows customized module configuration.

The encoding quality inspection and AI visual inspection modules enable defective product marking and automatic quantity compensation, facilitating full-process automation of production.

Description: 

The LD-618S truly deserves the title of “Positioning Master” for duplex printing on roll materials. It is an all-in-one machine integrating duplex label coding and quality inspection functions. Boasting a printing speed of up to 50 meters per minute, it enables high-speed printing on various materials such as wash labels, tear tapes, and adhesive tapes. Equipped with imported Japanese sensors, its registration accuracy reaches ±0.01mm. Additionally, it features an imported magnetic powder tension control system that achieves precise tension regulation of 0.05kg, comprehensively ensuring printing stability and finished product quality.
