A: If you registered online, please print out the Admission Ticket we sent by email and bring it to the exhibition. Present it at the Service Counter to exchange for your Entry Badge.

A: Provide your business card and passport at the Service Counter. Our staff will help locate your registration. If you don’t have a business card, please fill out an admission form to get your ticket.

A: You can fill in your colleague’s information on your printed admission ticket or simply ask your colleague to register online.

A: Please contact us in advance if you require a translator.

A: Bring your visitor admission ticket to the Service Counter at Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. Our staff will confirm your participation and guide you to the conference room at Hall 9/10/11/12.

A: We will display all participating exhibitors and divide them into industry zones. You can conveniently choose which exhibitors to meet. Please visit the Service Counter for guidance.

A: Please note the visa invitation letter is issued by our company, not the government. If you need one, please tell us your country of origin. We will handle it and send you the invitation letter as soon as possible.
