Description：
Weiju RFID High-Speed Converting Machine is an integrated solution specifically designed for large-scale RFID label production. Through its integrated architecture, it enables a complete production workflow, including inlay cutting, alignment and placement, adhesive application,lamination, die-cutting, and finished roll rewinding—significantly improving both production efficiency and product consistency.
The system is suitable for manufacturing RFID labels, hang tags, tickets, and other formats (with dedicated configurations available for flexible anti-counterfeiting labels).
The equipment delivers excellent operational performance, with a maximum speed of up to 75 m/min and an hourly output exceeding 100,000 pieces. It is equipped with in-line inspection functions, including performance verification, dimensional inspection, and defective tag marking, ensuring high product quality alongside efficient production.
An independent dual-channel inlay processing system, combined with a multi-lane finished product collection design, further optimizes production throughput to meet the demands of high-volume manufacturing.

This non-stop automatic rewinding module is designed to enhance production efficiency and automation in RFID label converting. It offers strong compatibility and can be seamlessly integrated with various RFID laminating machines, enabling automatic rewinding and roll change without interrupting production.
Based on production requirements, parameters can be flexibly set by piece count or length. Once the preset value is reached, the system automatically performs roll change and collection without stopping the machine. It precisely synchronizes with the laminator speed, significantly improving efficiency while reducing manual intervention.
The module also supports inline slitting, allowing simultaneous rewinding of dual lanes, further optimizing production throughput. In addition, it can be equipped with an optional inspection module for RFID performance verification and defective tag marking, ensuring consistent product quality.
