PC Material Laminating Machine
Description：
Designed for laminating pre-laminated sheets, inlays and similar products, such as plastic cards, smart cards and contactless cards. The system meets the latest current requirements in terms of cost efficiency, environmental friendliness, as well as product and process quality. All key process parameters, including temperature, pressure and cycle time, can be controlled independently. The system is capable of laminating all current mainstream card materials such as ABS, PVC, PC, PET and PETG under selectable process conditions.
HT-12E DOUBLE HEAD HOT STAMPING MACHINE
Description：
The hot stamping power is supplied by a servo motor, which drives the stamping head downward through a force-amplifying mechanism.The stamping head can be adjusted to the central position of the spindle, and the card stamping position is adjustable. The X- and Y-axis movement of the stamping head is adjusted by the stamping mechanism with a simple operation, achieving an adjustment accuracy of ±0.1mm. The positioning deviation of the card at the stamping position is within ±0.1mm.
Patented leveling mechanism for the stamping head.
The contact time and pressure between the stamping head and the card are adjustable during stamping. No missing spots occur after stamping, and the adhesion strength meets the product adhesion quality requirements.
The step length of the film conveyor belt is adjustable, ensuring stable and accurate stamping pitch with a set step error of ±0.15mm.
Equipped with an electric flipping mechanism: it first translates the card to be flipped to separate it from the preceding and following cards, then performs flipping, ensuring no collision or contact between the flipped card and the cards on the front and rear tracks. After flipping, the card is pushed under the second stamping head by the second card-pushing mechanism for stamping.
The format for flat stamping is 86mm × 48mm, within which the position and size can be freely adjusted to meet production requirements.The applicable card thickness ranges from 0.65mm to 1mm.After stamping, the surface is overall flat with no visible significant height difference between the edges and center of the stamping pattern, and the overall flatness error is ±0.05mm.The maximum width of the stamping film belt is within 95mm and is adjustable.
The stamping temperature is constant and controllable, ranging from room temperature to 200℃ with temperature setting function.
