USRR235 Series – 24GHz Human Presence Detection Radar Sensor

Human Presence Detection: 

The USRR235 Series is a high-performance, low-power 24GHz human presence detection radar sensor, available in both standard and low-power versions. It features detection capabilities for human presence, stationary presence, subtle motion, and gross motion, enabling accurate determination of whether a person is present in the detection zone and real-time detection of both dynamic and static states. The maximum detection range is up to 9 meters (standard version). Utilizing FMCW modulation with a 1-transmit, 1-receive antenna configuration, it is capable of detecting target distance and signal strength.

This series features low power consumption and a compact form factor. Target information can be output via UART or GPIO interfaces, facilitating easy secondary development and integration. It can be used in conjunction with smart devices for scene-based automation, delivering diverse smart scenario experiences to users. Utilizing FMCW modulation with a 1-transmit, 2-receive antenna configuration, it enables high-precision human motion detection and distance measurement. Different models offer varying specifications, with an average operating current as low as 40µA and a minimum package size of just 30mm × 15mm × 5mm. The maximum detection range reaches up to 8 meters.
