The BK7259 is a groundbreaking chip for edge computing in AIoT. It is designed to shift intelligence directly from the cloud to hardware, enabling a new generation of autonomous, secure and reliable smart terminals. The chip drives industrial upgrading through four core innovations: Equipped with dual CortexM5X cores and an Arm EthosU65 microNPU, it delivers 0.3 TOPS of local AI acceleration to meet the demands of complex edge inference. Its unified memory architecture enables parallel operation of the NPU, GPU and CPU to prevent frame drops and ensure smooth realtime tracking and natural language processing. It supports full-device 3D facial recognition within 200 milliseconds, with biometric data securely stored locally to reinforce privacy and security safeguards. Boasting an ultra-low-power design, it enables high-performance AI operations powered by a single battery cell.



Description

The BK7258 chip features high integration, low power consumption, robust security, superior audio and video performance, abundant computing resources and rich peripheral interfaces. It is the Wi-Fi 6 audio-video SoC chip with the lowest standby power consumption. The chip supports high-definition image and video processing and transmission as well as human-machine interaction functions. Its artificial intelligence solution AIDK delivers a complete suite covering end-side processing, network acceleration and large language model integration, significantly shortening the development cycle and lowering the development threshold of smart home products for downstream customers.



Description

The BK7239N boasts remarkable advantages in performance, power consumption and integration: Equipped with a 240 MHz ARM Cortex-M33 core and 512 KB SRAM, it supports concurrent multi-protocol operation including Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth LE v5.4 and Thread v1.4.0, effortlessly handling multi-cloud access and complex application scenarios. Power consumption across active, sleep, deep sleep and power-off modes is substantially lower than competing solutions, with Wi-Fi RX current as low as 9 mA. It accepts a wide input voltage range of 1.8 V5.5 V, compatible with home appliances, lighting, sensors and a wide variety of products. Adopting compact QFN packaging and supporting Flash & PSRAM co-packaging, it achieves high integration within a tiny footprint, enabling slimmer and more compact product designs. It delivers excellent receiver sensitivity and transmit power for more stable connections and wider coverage. The chip design complies with PSA Level 3 security requirements, delivering hardware-grade security protection for smart devices.
