Bringing Intelligence Together, Empowering the Future | 2026 Bionic Intelligence Ecosystem Collaboration Forum

On the morning of August 28, 2026, the 2026 Bionic Intelligence Collaboration Forum, themed Bringing Intelligence Together, Empowering the Future, was held at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Bao’an). The forum focused on technological breakthroughs and the industrial adoption of bionic intelligence and physical robots.

Seven speakers representing fields including electronic skin, robotics applications, emergency response, toy IP, home companionship, physical intelligence, and industry research came together to exchange insights. Their presentations traced the industry’s development from material-based perception and on-device AI models to integrated robotic systems and human-machine coexistence, outlining a path from machines that can sense to intelligent systems that can interact and coexist with people.

Before the forum officially began, robots took the stage to warm up the audience, performing a synchronized dance to music and bringing an energetic start to the event.

He Lili, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Longgang District Artificial Intelligence (Robotics) Administration of Shenzhen, attended the forum and delivered opening remarks. She noted that bionic intelligence lies at the intersection of the robot’s “body” and AI’s “brain”. Progress requires not only developing both capabilities, but also integrating them seamlessly so that they work as one.

During the expert and industry presentations, seven speakers explored the progression from perception and action to companionship and coexistence.

Xie Sai, R&D Director at A Genius Technology (Guangzhou) Co.,Ltd., began with electronic skin, exploring how tactile sensing can be integrated into machines—enabling robots not only to detect physical contact, but also to interpret what they are touching.

Liu Wei, Marketing Director at Guangzhou Spark Robot Co., Ltd., discussed how robots can move beyond the development stage and find practical applications, sharing perspectives on turning robotics technologies into real-world solutions.

Wang Yanlin, Deputy General Manager and CFO of Shenzhen Kulis Intelligent Robotics Co., Ltd., focused on emergency response scenarios, highlighting the capabilities of robots in demanding rescue and emergency operations.

Xu Bohua, Vice President of Guangdong Joinet IoT Technology Co., Ltd., used toy IP as an example to demonstrate how large AI models can transform a traditional toy into an interactive character that grows and evolves alongside children.

Lin Hongjun, General Manager of Shenzhen Sonsii Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., explored the future of home companionship, illustrating how multimodal AI, edge AI, and autonomous mobility can come together to deliver more meaningful companionship.

Fu Haibo, CEO of Guangzhou Meixinlu Robot Co., Ltd., discussed how AI agents can be integrated into physical systems, sharing his vision for the evolution of physical intelligence.

Jiang Xuanmin, CEO of Half Sky Intelligence (Shenzhen) Co., LTD., offered a broader industry perspective, examining emerging opportunities and potential turning points in the sector.

Bionic intelligence is not about creating machines that simply replicate human beings. It is about making machines better understand people and interact with them more naturally. This is the idea at the heart of Bringing Intelligence Together, Empowering the Future.

As the forum came to a close, the discussions offered a glimpse into the industry’s next chapter: a transition from perception to meaningful interaction, and ultimately, toward a future in which humans and intelligent machines can coexist.
