Corecloud LVS7100 Series RS485 Low-Frequency Vibration & Tilt Sensor integrates triaxial vibration, tilt, and temperature measurement in a single device for structural health monitoring—one unit replacing three separate sensors, ideal for dense field measurement points. Featuring a MEMS accelerometer with 0 Hz DC response, 22 μg/√Hz noise density, and 2000 Hz triaxial synchronous sampling, it delivers ±0.01° tilt accuracy and ±0.5  °C temperature measurement. Velocity/displacement feature values and 4096-point FFT spectra are computed on-device. With RS485 Modbus protocol, four operating modes with command-triggered sleep, and IP68 protection.

Built-in 4 mA constant current sources drive IEPE sensors directly, with an independent Σ-Δ ADC per channel, 0.1 Hz–55 kHz bandwidth, and 0.1% FS nonlinearity. Edge computing outputs acceleration, velocity, and displacement feature values on-device, with raw data over Ethernet TCP/IP, MQTT cloud upload, and USB-C configuration. DIN-rail mounting, wide-range power input and temperature operation, OTA firmware upgrades—a direct alternative to imported high-end instruments.
