Main Products
Description:
The PAN312x series are high-performance, low-power wireless transceiver chips that support half-duplex wireless communication and operate within the 130~1110 MHz frequency range. Boasting strong anti-interference performance, high sensitivity, high transmit power, low power consumption and long transmission distance, the chips achieve a maximum receive sensitivity of -124 dBm and a maximum output power of 21 dBm. Moreover, compatibility with diverse packet frame structures and multiple encoding and decoding methods allows flexible adaptation to various application scenarios.
Description:
- The PAN107x series are ultra-low-power BLE SoC chips integrating outstanding functions and performance. The chips support wireless communication protocols including Bluetooth LE, proprietary 2.4G, Mesh, sports & healthcare, and power grid dual-master & triple-slave modes, enabling flexible adaptation to diversified application scenarios.
- Equipped with a high-performance core and abundant on-chip resources, the series delivers excellent ESD protection performance, with ESD (HBM) up to ±4 kV and latch-up immunity up to ±500 mA. The maximum operating temperature reaches 125 °C, and the smallest available package is LGA20 with dimensions of 2×3 mm.
- Featuring ultra-low power consumption, the chips can complete advertising and scanning on Channels 37, 38 and 39 every second, with an average current as low as 13 μA. Powered by a single CR2032 coin cell, the device can maintain standby operation for up to 2 years.
Description:
- The PAN271x series are lightweight Bluetooth SoC integrating a 32-bit MCU and a 2.4 GHz wireless transceiver. The chips support wireless communication in the 2.4 GHz ISM band and are compatible with Bluetooth Beacon packet formats, enabling seamless bidirectional communication with smartphones.
- The PAN271x series adopts a 32-bit MCU operating at up to 48 MHz. It embeds 16 KB OTP internal program memory and 3 KB SRAM. Furthermore, it is equipped with abundant peripherals, including up to 19 GPIOs, 6 PWM outputs, one 25-bit timer, one 32-bit SLPTMR, one I2C, two UARTs, one SPI, one ADC, and a watchdog timer (WDT).
