RFID Animal Ear Tag

Description

Our RFID electronic animal ear tags are integrally injection molded with food-grade non-toxic TPU and high-strength engineering plastic. Featuring excellent tensile resistance, bite resistance, waterproofing, high and low temperature resistance, as well as acid and alkali resistance, they adapt perfectly to harsh outdoor livestock breeding environments. The one-time tamper-proof locking structure prevents unauthorized removal and tag replacement, ensuring unique identification for traceability. Equipped with encapsulated imported LF RFID chips, the tags are dustproof and waterproof for long-term use throughout the entire breeding cycle of livestock.

Compatible with internationally mainstream HDX and FDX-B chip protocols, our tags are certified by ICAR for global animal identification. Each chip carries an exclusive, unalterable ID number with encrypted data storage. The tag can record full-cycle information including breed, birth date, farm source, vaccination records, quarantine data and circulation information, realizing complete traceability from breeding, immunization and slaughter to market sales. Matched with handheld readers and channel readers, it supports fast bulk long-distance data reading, greatly improving efficiency in stocktaking, epidemic prevention, quarantine and delivery management for livestock farms.

RFID Animal Chip Reader

Description

  • Our animal chip readers are special LF RFID identification devices compatible with international FDX-B FDX-Aand HDX protocols, supporting ICAR-certified implantable microchips and electronic livestock ear tags. We supply two main types: portable handheld readers and desktop fixed readers. Lightweight and easy to operate, they deliver stable reading performance with long standby battery life.
  • Equipped with anti-slip wear-resistant casing, the reader supports USB wired connection and Bluetooth wireless connection to mobile phones, tablets and computers. All scanned ID data can be automatically stored and exported as Excel files for archive management. The high-definition backlit screen ensures clear display under strong sunlight or dim farm environments. It can read chip IDs stably through animal fur, skin and dirt with extremely low misreading rate.
  • Full supporting accessories include rechargeable lithium batteries, data cables and data management software. Optional printing function is available for high-frequency daily use. All products pass SGS safety testing with zero harmful radiation to animals and humans.

FPC NFC tags adopt flexible PI polyimide substrate with ultra-thin etched copper antenna, equipped with NTAG213/215/216 NFC chips.
