Description:
The CMT2310A is an ultra-low power, high-performance, OOK / 2 (G)FSK / 4 (G)FSK based Wi-SUN RF transceiver, applicable to various applications within the 113 – 960 MHz frequency band. The product is part of the CMOSTEK NextGenRFTM product family which covers a complete product line consisting of transmitters, receivers and transceivers. The high-density integration of CMT2310A simplifies the required BOM in system design. With Tx power reaching +20 dBm and sensitivity reaching -122 dBm, it can achieve optimized performance of application RF links. Through providing multiple data packet formats and code methods, this product ensures the flexible supporting of various applications. Besides, the CMT2310A provides functions such as 128-byte Tx/Rx FIFO, multiple GPIO and interrupt configurations, Duty-Cycle mode, LBT(listen before talk), high-precision RSSI, LBD, power on reset, low-frequency clock output, quick frequency hopping, squelch, etc., which allows more flexible application design and gains more product differentiation capability.

HM-BT2401DA
Description:
The HM-BT2401DA is a high-performance BLE 6.0 Channel Sounding module based on SoC chip design. It supports both Initiator and Reflector roles for ranging and integrates dual PCB antennas with optional external dual antennas for high-precision distance measurement. Featuring a high-performance 2.4 GHz RF, low current consumption, AI/ML hardware accelerators, and secure vault capabilities, the module is also an ideal choice for low-power Bluetooth and mesh wireless communication. IoT device manufacturers can create smart, robust, and energy-efficient products resistant to remote and local network attacks. With rich resources and powerful performance, the module supports secondary development. Based on specific firmware, it can easily configure the module and enable wireless data transparent transmission through communication with an external MCU. It supports both BLE master and slave roles, allowing it to act as a master to scan and connect to slave BLE devices or as a slave to quickly establish wireless connections and data communication with BLE masters like smart phones and tablets. HM-MT2401
Description:
he HM-MT2401 is a Matter over Thread wireless communication module operating in the 2.4 GHz frequency band. It features a high-performance, highly integrated RF processing chip, the EFR32MG24, with a low-power 32-bit ARM Cortex-M33 core, 1536kB Flash, 256kB RAM, and abundant peripheral resources. The module comes with an integrated PCB antenna and an external antenna connector, supporting various wireless communication technologies such as Matter, Thread, and BLE. It is designed for developing Matter over Thread terminal devices, allowing existing wireless devices to easily upgrade to meet the Matter standard for smart home devices.By simply designing interfaces, you can integrate the HM-MT2401 module into smart home terminal devices like lights, switches, sockets, door locks, curtain motors, doorbells, thermostats, sensors, and more. HP206W
Description:
The HP206W employs a MEMS pressure sensor with an I²C interface to provide accurate temperature, pressure or altitude data. The sensor pressure and temperature outputs are digitized by a high resolution 24-bit ADC. The altitude value is calculated by a specific patented algorithm according to the pressure and temperature data. Data compensation is integrated internally to save the effort of the external host MCU system. Easy command-based data acquisition interface is available. Typical active supply current is 5.3μA per measurement-second while the ADC output is filtered and decimated by 256. Pressure output can be resolved with output in fractions of a Pascal, and altitude can be resolved in 0.2 meter. Package is surface mount with a stainless-steel cap and is RoHS compliant.
