Main Products
GC081X
Description:
GC081X is a high-performance, highly integrated ultra-wideband SDR 2T2R+ORX transceiver with analog IQ interface that provides two independent transmit channels, two independent receive channels, and one independent observation receive channel with two input ports and one output port for monitoring the two transmit channels respectively. It can offer high-RF performance for satellite communications, cellular communication devices such as 3G/4G/5G base station systems, and massive MIMO applications. GC081X supports a frequency range of 75MHz to 7.125GHz and up to 800MHz Bandwidth
GC086X
Description:
GC086X is a high performance, highly integrated ultra-wideband 2T2R mixer with PLL. The fractional-N synthesizer takes advantage of an advanced sigma-delta modulator that delivers ultra-fine step sizes and low spurious products. It is suitable for satellite communications and 3G/4G/5G infrastructure applications. GC086X can up/down-convert frequencies ranging from 30 MHz to 14GHz, support up to 400MHz bandwidth.
GCBF0710
Description:
GCBF0710 is a high performance, low power consumption Ku-band half-duplex beamforming integrated circuit(BFIC) designed for phased-array applications. The chip contains a single port network interface that is used for transmit and receive, an internal 4-way power splitter/combiner. A centralized digital control block enables independent gain and phase adjustment for each channel. In receive mode, GCBF0710 achieves a typical noise figure of 1.35dB with power consumption of 36mW per channel. In transmit mode, each channel provides a typical output P1dB of 15dBm.
GAD9694
Description:
GAD9694 is a quad, 14-bit, 500MSPS ADC. The chip has an on-chip buffer and a sample-and-hold circuit designed for low power, small size, and ease of use. It is designed for sampling wide bandwidth analog signals of up to 900MHz. Each pair of ADC data outputs is internally connected to two DDCs through a crossbar mux. Each DDC consists of up to five cascaded signal processing stages: a 48-bit frequency translator, NCO, and up to four half-band decimation filters. GAD9694 has flexible JESD204B lane configuration, the lane rate supports up to 10Gbps. This chip is suitable for radar system, software defined radios, wideband communications, test instrumentation, etc.
