Product 2 Cellular IoT SIM/eSIM Security ICs The cellular IoT SIM security IC series consists of smart card ICs built on 32-bit RISC cores. With NVM capacities ranging from 144 KB to 480 KB, the series offers enhanced system flexibility and is designed for a wide range of applications, including SIM, M2M, payment, and public services. The eSIM security IC series features a high-security, high-performance, low-power 32-bit CPU core, integrated secure storage and cryptographic processing units, and NVM capacities ranging from 512 KB to 2.3 MB. It supports ISO/IEC 7816, SPI, and I²C communication interfaces. The series has completed the EUCC EAL6+ high-assurance security evaluation and is awaiting certificate issuance. It supports the secure storage of multiple mobile network operator profiles and is suitable for smartphones, smartwatches, in-vehicle terminals, IoT sensors, and other connected devices.
