Description：
Type:CL-722
- CL-722 RFID Label Automatic Lamination Machine is using RFID inlay laminating, surface of RFID tag composite including pre die-cuting label and continuous label compound.
- Automatic speed reach 60M per min.
- Assort with dry INLAY special die-cutting module and hot melt glue mechanism to laminate dry&wet inlay label.
- Simultaneously, optional choosing high speed magnetic roller die-cutting module to implementation of the label after the process of die cutting and production card.
- The composite equipment can produce various RFID labels in a diversified way, including self-adhesive labels, one-step formed tags, and RFID woven labels (nylon, ribbon, etc.).
- The overall rigidity is stable, and it is lightweight with less wear, thus enabling faster and more stable operation speed.

1. This equipment is suitable for automatic material separation, UV printing, coding and inspection of roll labels, single-piece tags, cards, tickets, and woven labels.
2. Speed: 48,000 pieces/hour for Hang Tag Speed; 72,000 pieces/hour for roll labels.
Mode Introduction：
a. Hang Tag Mode:
Equipped with a vacuum material separation mechanism for better separation effect.
Equipped with an automatic alarm function for double feeding during material separation.
Equipped with functions of counting & collecting, and automatic code separation & lane division.
Equipped with a mechanism and function for automatic rejection and collection of defective labels.
b. Roll Mode:
Equipped with pre-printing inspection; defective labels will not be printed to avoid label waste.
Equipped with automatic marking for defective products.
Equipped with automatic retraction function after printing to avoid label waste.
Equipped with defective label marking function; optional small inkjet printer or small labeling head.
3. Equipped with automatic code replenishment function.
4. Equipped with multi-station RFID coding and reading inspection configuration to ensure data accuracy.
5. Equipped with a CCD image system, which can read barcodes and OCR text to achieve consistency between barcode printing and EPC data; it also has an appearance inspection function to complete visual quality inspection simultaneously and ensure product printing quality.
6. It can realize one-stop completion of high-speed UV printing, code scanning, coding, and inspection, as well as realize coding and inspection functions for woven labels.
