The company also publicly demonstrated for the first time the application verification of its RFID digital supply chain solution based on the Yuzhen 611 chip at McDonald's China, marking a new stage in the large-scale application of Pingtou Ge's Yuzhen product line.

As Pingtou Ge Semiconductor's independently developed ultra-high frequency RFID chip, Yuzhen 611, with its core technical features and scalable deployment capabilities, is becoming the digital foundation for building a highly reliable intelligent supply chain, demonstrating groundbreaking results in practical applications. At the exhibition, a case study at McDonald's China attracted considerable attention, showcasing the commercial success of Yuzhen's technology, from "technological breakthrough" to "value realization."
The RFID solution jointly developed by Pingtou Ge and Cainiao has been integrated into McDonald's China's core supply chain system. By the end of 2025, the Yuzhen product line will be available at core upstream supplier factories, encompassing key categories like chicken, beef, and French fries. Through a fully digital "one box, one code" traceability system, the company expects to achieve full traceability management of nearly 10 million boxes of goods annually, from suppliers to distribution centers (DCs) and on to McDonald's China restaurants nationwide. This will significantly improve supply chain transparency and operational efficiency.
Supply Chain Management Innovation: Achieve real-time visibility into order, inventory, and logistics status, shortening exception response time to minutes and significantly improving restaurant inventory efficiency.
Food Safety Enhancement: By collecting data from key supply chain nodes such as production, transportation, and warehousing, the company achieves precise case-level traceability, achieving a 99.8% traceability rate and significantly enhancing brand trust.
Building the Digital Foundation for the Internet of Everything Era
At the RFID Passive IoT Ecosystem Seminar held on the 28th, Pingtou Ge Semiconductor Technology Expert Jia Jiahao delivered a keynote speech titled "Building the Digital Foundation for the Internet of Everything Era." He elaborated on the RFID digital supply chain solution based on Yuzhen 611 and shared Pingtou Ge's practical experience in large-scale RFID applications in the fast-moving consumer goods and retail industries.
To address the bottlenecks and challenges of large-scale application of RFID digital solutions across various industries, the Pingtou Ge technical team, through technological innovation and in-depth collaboration with partners, has developed innovative solutions for diverse application scenarios.
Leveraging the high reliability, excellent consistency, strong stability, and wide adaptability of the Yuzhen 611, combined with optimized RFID tag antenna design, enhanced RFID reader hardware performance, and improved software algorithms, the RFID solution's performance and recognition rate have been effectively enhanced. These improvements include:
❖ Item recognition accuracy in complex retail scenarios has increased to 99.8%
❖ 99.4% overall recognition rate and 100% trunk line recognition rate in logistics
❖ The yield rate for post-processing of auxiliary materials in various fields remains above 99.7%
Concurrently, technological optimization has significantly reduced chip costs, making the overall solution more cost-effective.
From "chip technology upgrade" to "scale application iteration"
Since its release, the Yuzhen 611 series has been widely adopted in retail, apparel, fast-moving consumer goods, logistics, and asset management. Currently, its application scenarios are gradually expanding to emerging areas such as clothing laundry and livestock management.
