On December 9, the 2nd Board of Directors (Supervisors) Meeting of Shenzhen Internet of Things Industry Association was successfully held at Shenzhen Shenzhen Metro Crowne Plaza Hotel. Sun Nan, Vice President of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Cooperation Promotion Association, Zhao Guangwen, First-level Researcher of Software and Information Service Industry Department of Shenzhen Industry and Information Technology Bureau, Li Song, Director of Shenzhen Science and Technology Exchange Service Center, Yang Weiqi, Executive President of Shenzhen Internet of Things Industry Association, as well as representatives of directors (supervisors) and special guests attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Zheng Huabing, Secretary-General of the Association.
1. Leader's Speech
Yang Weiqi, Executive President of Shenzhen Internet of Things Industry Association, reviewed the main achievements of the association in the past year and looked forward to the future development direction. He said that the association will strengthen its own construction and association construction, further play the role of bridge and link, unite and lead the majority of members to promote the co-construction and win-win of the industry ecology. At the same time, he also emphasized the need to continue to strengthen communication and cooperation with government departments, strengthen international cooperation and exchanges, build an open and cooperative ecological system, and enhance the comprehensive influence of Shenzhen's Internet of Things industry.
2. Main agenda
Zheng Huabing, Secretary General of Shenzhen Internet of Things Industry Association, delivered the "Work Report of the Second Session of the Second Council". He pointed out that the association continued to go all out in the past year, actively mobilized resources from all parties, successfully held more than 50 important events, and enhanced the communication and cooperation among members; completed the first term change, officially released the "Shenzhen Internet of Things Industry White Paper (2023)" and "2024 China Internet of Things Industry Innovation White Paper"; released 3 group standards, and won the national honor of "Leader" of the 2024 National Federation of Industry and Commerce Chamber of Commerce Group Standard.
Xie Chunxia, deputy general manager of Shenzhen Zhongtian Wangjing Technology Co., Ltd., a vice-chairman unit, delivered the "Financial Work Report of the Second Session of the Second Council of Shenzhen Internet of Things Industry Association". Gan Quan, the director and deputy general manager of Shenzhen Sincere Technology Co., Ltd., the representative of the chief supervisor, delivered the "Work Report of the Second Session of the Second Supervisory Board of Shenzhen Internet of Things Industry Association". The conference also reviewed and approved the list of additional vice-chairmen, directors, and members in 2024, and voted on the rectification report and other matters.
The successful convening of this conference marks a solid step forward for the Shenzhen Internet of Things Industry Association at a new starting point, and also points out the direction for the future development of the association. The association will continue to uphold the mission of "intelligent connection of all things, win-win ecology", further play the role of bridge and link, promote the in-depth integration of industry, academia, research and application, and contribute to the high-quality development of the Internet of Things industry.
