Electronic paper technology, with its advantages of green low energy consumption, non-backlight, and bistability, is empowering smart IoT and digital transformation across various fields, with market demand continuing to grow. In 2023, global shipments reached 312 million units, with a compound annual growth rate of over 36% over the past five years, ranking first among all display technologies. Since 2018, the application of electronic paper has continuously expanded, from simple reading devices to smart IoT applications in government, office, transportation, healthcare, aviation, industry, and many other fields. Among these, electronic paper price tags are widely used in retail, electronic paper in healthcare has moved from desktops to walls, solar-powered electronic paper bus stop signs, and electronic paper learning terminals are participating in the low-carbon digital transformation of various smart scenarios.
To further expand the penetration and development of electronic paper innovative applications in various fields, and to promote the transformation of traditional systems in these fields to achieve low-carbon, digital, and recyclable green development, the "Second Electronic Paper Industry Innovation Application Conference (ePIC 2024)" and the IoT Innovation Application Seminar to Promote Urban Low-Carbon Digital Transformation will be held at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Bao'an) on August 28, 2024.
