[IOTE Expo 2024 Shenzhen]The data governance standards promotion training meeting was successfully held

On August 29, 2024, the "Data Governance Standard Promotion Training Meeting" was successfully held in Shenzhen Bao 'an District International Convention and Exhibition Center.

The training was guided by Shenzhen Market Supervision Administration, organized by Shenzhen Institute of Standards and Technology, National Technical Standards Innovation Base (Shenzhen), and co-organized by Shenzhen Internet of Things Industry Association, Smart City Industrial Ecosystem and Digital City Industrial Ecological Alliance. Hu Jianbin, Deputy Director of the Standards Department of Shenzhen Market Supervision Administration, Zhu Wei, Deputy Director of the Planning Finance and Smart Health Insurance Department of Shenzhen Medical Insurance Bureau, and Yu Ke, Chief engineer of Shenzhen Institute of Standards and Technology, attended the event. The meeting was presided over by Li Yuanhong, deputy director of Industrial Standards Innovation Institute of Shenzhen Institute of Standards and Technology. The conference attracted more than 2,000 participants online and offline.

The meeting was held by experts from Shenzhen Market Supervision Administration, Huawei Technologies Co., LTD., China Industrial Internet Research Institute, Weiwei Mobile Communications Co., LTD., Shenzhen Institute of Standards and Technology, Xidian University and other units on Shenzhen standard policy, data governance system construction, data management capability maturity, data compliance, data governance standards, data intellectual property rights and other contents Detailed interpretation and sharing.

First of all, Hu Jianbin, deputy director of the Standards Department of the Shenzhen Market Supervision Administration, delivered a speech in which he stressed the importance of building "Shenzhen standard construction in our city, and pointed out that Shenzhen is accelerating towards the ranks of global digital pioneer cities." The standardization of data governance plays a key role in promoting the high-quality development of the digital economy, and the added value of the core industries of Shenzhen's digital economy has exceeded one trillion yuan, accounting for nearly 30% of the city's GDP.

Next, Su Liliang, Section chief of the Standards Department of the Shenzhen Market Supervision Administration, shared with the participants the Shenzhen standard series system, group standard management methods and the creation of Shenzhen standard special funds.

Subsequently, Lu Xiang, senior architect of data governance at Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. shared Huawei's data governance system, emphasizing the core role of data architecture and data quality in digital transformation, and demonstrating the efficient management and application of data through a unified data platform.

Fang Zhao, senior engineer at the Network Research Institute of China Industrial Internet Research Institute, shared how to improve data management capabilities through DCMM evaluation, and promote the asset-based and value release of industrial data.

Zhu Wei, Deputy Director of Planning Finance and Smart Medical Insurance Department of Shenzhen Municipal Medical Insurance Bureau, shared the practice and thinking of medical insurance data governance. She said that data governance is not only about data quality management and security, but also includes data integration, optimization and utilization, aiming to promote efficient management of healthcare data and service innovation through a comprehensive data management system.

CAI Chunjiu, expert member of Shenzhen Smart City and Digital Government Standardization Technical Committee, analyzed the importance of data governance in digital transformation from the national data strategy, and through case sharing, deeply discussed the data governance system and capacity improvement strategies of enterprises and institutions.

Sun Xiaoshi, head of the legal data compliance Group of vivo, emphasized the importance of data compliance in enterprise management and shared the strategy of building an enterprise data compliance system from the aspects of data capitalization, compliance audit and risk management.

Zhang Qun, deputy Secretary-General of the National Smart City Standardization General Group, elaborated on the overall plan of the national standards for data governance and demonstrated the latest progress of standards in the field of data governance.

Ma Xindei, Associate Professor, School of Network and Information Security, Xidian University, discussed models and data security in federated learning, and emphasized the importance of data privacy protection.

Yang Xiaochen, former deputy chief engineer of CGN Digital Technology Company, shared the application scenarios of nuclear power digital transformation, emphasizing the key role of digital transformation in enhancing nuclear power safety management, improving production efficiency and reducing risks.

Tan Li, director of the Institute of Standards and Intellectual Property of Shenzhen Institute of Standards and Technology, pointed out that data intellectual property registration is the starting point of data value.

Through case analysis, the practical application of data intellectual property registration in promoting data transactions and pledging financing is demonstrated, which provides a new idea for the protection and utilization of enterprise data assets.

The meeting was a promotion meeting of data governance standardization, and was held at the same time as the "IOTE 2024 22nd International Internet of Things Exhibition · Shenzhen Station "and was a complete success.
