In the context of China's modern industrial system construction, prioritizing intelligence takes precedence as a vital component of this endeavor. In 2023, the Central Political Bureau reiterated the importance of vigorously promoting the construction of a modern industrial system, accelerating the cultivation and strengthening of strategic emerging industries, and fostering more pillar industries. China leads the world in the scale of applications in intelligent manufacturing, with nearly 8,000 digital workshops and smart factories established nationwide. Among them, more than 2,500 have completed digital transformation, and 209 intelligent manufacturing demonstration factories have been built. This has significantly accelerated the pace of industrial product iteration, raised the level of green development, and facilitated the transition of new manufacturing models from conceptual frameworks to practical implementation.
Against this backdrop, the IOTE Smart Factory Committee, in collaboration with various partners, is jointly organizing the "IOTE·2024 Shanghai 5G + Industrial Internet Application Conference." The conference will place a strong emphasis on multi-dimensional discussions surrounding the current status, trends, challenges, and solutions in factory manufacturing. Eminent enterprises, renowned system integrators, application providers, and solution vendors in the industrial field will be invited to deliver speeches and engage in discussions with an anticipated audience of over 300 attendees, fostering exchanges and interactions in this dynamic arena.
