Recently, the procurement project of semi-finished products and inks for digital license plates of electric bicycles of Guangdong Yue'an Equipment Factory was successfully completed. The budget of this highly anticipated project was as high as 40 million yuan, which attracted the active participation of many companies in the industry. In the end, Gosuncn Zhilian Technology Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Xiongdi Technology Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid, while Hikvision Digital Technology Co., Ltd. unfortunately lost.

 

The procurement project of semi-finished products and inks for digital license plates of electric bicycles with project number GZYL24HG112876 aims to promote the intelligent and digital management of electric bicycles. The project is divided into three procurement packages, involving the procurement of semi-finished products of digital license plates of electric bicycles (including built-in RFID chips and injection molding) and UV inks and varnishes.

 

Gosuncn Zhilian Technology Co., Ltd. won the bid for procurement package 1, providing semi-finished products of digital license plates for electric bicycles (I), with a quantity of 3 million pieces, a unit price of 4.6 yuan/piece, and a bid amount of 13.8 million yuan. Gosuncn Zhilian has won high recognition from the evaluation experts with its outstanding technical strength and product quality, with a comprehensive score of 93.34, ranking first.

 

Shenzhen Xiongdi Technology Co., Ltd. won the bid for procurement package 2 and procurement package 3, providing semi-finished products (II) of digital license plates for electric bicycles and UV ink and varnish respectively. Among them, the quantity of procurement package 2 is 3 million pieces, the unit price is 4.59 yuan/piece, and the winning bid amount is 13.77 million yuan; the winning bid amount of UV ink and varnish for procurement package 3 is 2.76276 million yuan. Shenzhen Xiongdi Technology has profound accumulation in RFID technology and electronic license plate manufacturing, with comprehensive scores of 91.29 and 89.94 respectively, ranking first in both procurement packages.

 

What are the advantages of RFID electronic license plates in electric bicycle management

 

With the continuous development of Internet of Things technology, the application prospects of RFID electronic license plates in the intelligent management of electric bicycles are broad. In the future, as more places begin to promote the use of RFID electronic license plates, related industries will usher in a more rapid development momentum. Guangzhou, as one of the pioneers, effectively uses RFID technology to achieve control of electric bicycles;

Qingdao has achieved remarkable results in promoting RFID license plates and improving the intelligence of traffic management;

Qingyuan, also introduced RFID license plates, providing detailed data support for electric bicycle management;

Tianjin, also implemented RFID license plates, promoting the progress of smart transportation;

Beijing, the Urban Management Committee actively advocated in the notice of electric bicycles The use of smart sensors, electronic tags (QR codes), and electronic chips (RFID) on and on its batteries is intended to regulate the electric bicycle and charging service market, but it also lays the foundation for the use of video, radio frequency video integrated devices and other means for non-site law enforcement in the future;

Shanghai is carrying out a city-wide special rectification of express delivery and takeaway electric bicycle traffic violations, and urges relevant riders to replace electronic license plates as soon as possible, indicating that Shanghai is also actively promoting RFID license plates;

 

In addition, cities such as Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Nanjing, and Zhuji have also begun to promote and apply electronic license plates based on the passive RFID electronic identification standards formulated by the Traffic Management Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Public Security on a large scale. These cities have solved the management problems of electric bicycles and low-speed electric vehicles through RFID information management and police-insurance linkage.
