September 20 , 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
September 21 , 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
September 22 , 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

3. How do I get my entry ticket?

As a online registered visitor, you can print out Admission Ticket we sent you through email and bring it with you to
exhibition, give it to our colleagues at Service Counter in exchange for entry ticket.

4. What happens if I forgot to bring my Admission Ticket or confirmation email?

Just Provide us your business card, we will be able to search for your registration. If you don’t have business card, you will
have to fill out a admission form to get admission ticket.

5. How can I register a colleague?

Please fill your colleague’s information in your printed admission ticket or you can just ask your colleague to register online:

6. What if I need a translator ?

If you need a translator, please contact us two weeks before the expo at ll@ulinkmedia.cn

7.How do I join the free trade discussing meeting(conference) after registered?

Just only need to bring your admission ticket for visitors, and give it to our colleagues at Service Counter at Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center , we will just confirm your needs, and then we will guide you to the conference room at hall 9/10/11 .

8.How do I join the free trade discussing meeting(conference) without registration in advance ?

Just come to the Service Counter at Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center ,fill out a admission form to get conference admission ticket, and then we will guide you to the conference room at hall 9/10/11.

9.How do I select the exhibitor to have business talk when you haven't received any further information？

We will show you all the exhibitors that join the meeting, and set up different areas according to the industry, and then you can choose what you want in a convenient way, so please just come to the Service Counter and we will show you the guidance.

10.How do I get the free lunch ticket and free gift？

We will provided catering services throughout the whole process,our colleagues will at the conference room all the time, we will delivery the gift, show you the guidance and provide services for you.

11. How can I get the invitation for visa

please note the visa invitation is from our company, not from government. If you need, please tell where are you from? and please sent your visa info about：
