Product Introduction
Deep ploughing into the industry to serve the customized needs of customers, Hefei WNK developed and launched the 125 series products, including all-welded pressure sensors WNK125P, temperature and pressure integrated sensor WNK125PT, compacted-size pressure sensors WNK125PS.
The WNK125P is a diffusible silicon oil-filled pressure sensor designed for automotive use. The element is made with a fully welded 316L diaphragm and does not require any O-ring seals that could come into contact with the pressure medium, making it compatible with all types of liquids. The absence of any moving parts results in a longer service life. With high temperature stability and accuracy, this pressure sensor is mainly used in automotive, transmission, air conditioning and oil pressure measurement applications.
WNK125PT in the WNK125P based on the addition of an external NTC resistor, can be simultaneously measured temperature and pressure changes.
The temperature signal is an NTC thermistor, the NTC temperature sensor is protected by a metal shell, the sensing element is not in contact with the measured medium, and the resistance signal line is directly connected to the PCB board through the lead wire, which solves the problem of temperature measurement failure caused by vibration and corrosion.
Pressure signal for 0.5-4.5V, pressure sensors using diffusion silicon metal diaphragm oil-filled process using a fully welded sealing process, to exclude leakage due to the sealing performance of the seal as well as corrosion of the measurement medium on the sealing material caused by the risk of leakage, the applicability of the measured medium is more extensive.
WNK125PS is a pressure sensor designed for compact space, with M6 thread height of only 19.5mm, applicable range 0-1.6MPa, 10-90% proportional output, can be used for measuring water, oil, gas, liquid and various refrigerants.
Intelligent IOT
WNK-MP80 is a 2/3/4G wireless sensor developed by WNK; the collected physical signals such as pressure, temperature, liquid level, etc. are converted into digital signals by the collection unit sensor and digital processing circuit, and then uploaded to the IOT platform by the 4G module.
Measurement range can be customized according to customers' needs, and the accuracy level can be up to 0.5%. The sensing module is responsive and can measure data in real time without damping lag. This product can be widely used in fire, aviation, medical, industrial control, environmental protection and many other fields.
